How to Play on Squads

Squads DSF (Daily Fantasy Sport) introduces a new, fun, and engaging way for sports fans to earn cash from their passion for sports. Squads elevates sports engagement and rewards to a new level.

Squads has something exciting and fun for everyone, no matter your interest or expertise level — whether you're a casual fan who tunes in for the big games or a die-hard enthusiast who never misses a match.

Squads is not a sportsbook or bookie. Instead, we are a daily fantasy sports platform focused on individual player performances. Here, our players place more or less (over/under) wagers on player stats.

  1. 1. Register An Account

    To start playing on Squads, the first step is to register an account by entering your accurate details. It is crucial that you enter your first and last name exactly as they appear on your verification documents (e.g., BVN, Bank Account, Passport, NIN) because they cannot be changed later. You will also need to provide your email, age, and password, and verify your account with an OTP code sent to you via email.

  2. 2. Complete a Cash Deposit

    After successfully registering, you need to fund your Squads wallet before you can start playing. To do this, click on the plus icon at the top right corner or go to the wallets tab and click on deposit. You will be required to transfer the specific amount you want to deposit into a temporary virtual bank account that will be generated for you.

  3. 3. Picking Your Lineup

    This is where it gets interesting: select a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 6 players for your lineup. Squads currently features primarily football players, with players for other sports coming soon, from major and minor leagues worldwide. Each player comes with projected stats. You can choose 'more' if you believe a player will exceed the projection, or 'less' if you think they will fall short. Player selections must include players from at least two different teams, and a player can only be selected once per entry.

    To find specific players, use the search bar to enter the player’s name or their team. You can also browse the market or go through different categories of stats (such as passes, shots, saves, etc.) and make more or less projections for players within those categories.

  4. 4. Entry Types & Payout

    There are two entry types with their corresponding payout: Standard & Flex entry

    Standard Entry - All player selections must be correct for you to win. The more players you select, the bigger your payout and potential win.

    • 2 player selection pays you 3X the amount you put in
    • 3 player selection pays you 5X the amount you put in
    • 4 player selection pays you 10X the amount you put in
    • 5 player selection pays you 20X the amount you put in
    • 6 player selections pay you 30X the amount you put in

    Flex Entry - You can still win even if 1 or 2 players you have selected are wrong.

    • When you select 6 players: 6 correct pays 20X, 5 correct pays 2.5X, 4 correct pays 0.4X
    • When you select 5 players: 5 correct pays 10X, 4 correct pays 2X, 3 correct pays 0.25X
    • When you select 4 players: 4 correct pays 5X, 3 correct pays 1.5X
    • When you select 3 players: 3 correct pays 2.5X, 2 correct pays 1.2X
    • There is no flex option for 2-player selections; both selections must be correct.

  5. 5. Submitting Your Lineup Entry

    After picking more or less stats on the players of your choice, you’ll see a “Proceed” button, click on it and proceed with selecting the payout type you’re opting for (standard or flex entry) you can now enter the amount you want to put in, which then shows you the corresponding potential amount you’d be winning if you get your player selections right.

    Submit your lineup and wait for the results to unfold. You’d get the results of your projection and how the players you have selected performs after their respective match.

    The minimum amount you can put in is ₦200 and the maximum amount is ₦999,999.
